The Shop Front Improvement Grants Program has been established by Rockdale City Council, with the support of the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Funding for this program has been attained from the Rockdale Town Centre Local Area Special Rate.

Document - Rockdale Town Centre Business Survey

A survey of Rockdale Town Centre businesses was conducted in March 2006 by Rockdale City Council and the Rockdale Chamber of Commerce. The survey focused on trading times and approaches for businesses with responses to be incorporated into creating improvement plans for the Town Centre with 50 responses received from Rockdale Town Centre businesses through door-to-door surveys.
